At Queen Creek Olive Mill, we take pride in the quality of our farm-to-table products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    For items damaged during transit, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.

    Package Your Return

    If a return is authorized, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our farm.

    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement locally-crafted goods.
